Crispbreads with Fruit and Nuts

Rye crispbreads are a great wholegrain snack and a source of fibre, and eating 30g (about 5) walnuts everyday may help your heart health. The Brie is a good source of protein.


To make: Top one fruit variety rye crispbread with 25g Brie. Sprinkle with 1tsp dried cranberries and 30g walnuts chopped finely. If you prefer the cheese deliciously melted, zap in the microwave for a few seconds.
